HIGH+TIGHT™ The Muscle Definer. H+T falls into the Strength component of The System. Using lighter weights & bands, we pulse, pause and isolate every move with the intent of increasing “Time Under Tension.” Not only is this class made to cut and define, but it also works to prevent your body from injury, targeting your smaller harder to hit muscles. This will make your body shake, sweat & burn...but trust us, when it’s burning it’s working.

    A 50 minute High+Tight nicknamed the "Ass-acre" for March Madness. Minute by minute you will feel your booty melting off into your mat. You will use ankle weights, light weights, and yoga blocks or larger book (to place a foot on but it should be a little lower than a plyo box).

    A super speedy, 30 minute High+Tight using gliders and a loop band. The focus today will be triceps, glutes, and hamstrings.

  • High+Tight Micheal 2.2

    A 50 minute High+Tight class that only needs ankle weights. We will use them on the arms and legs. If you are traveling, you could do this workout with nothing but you.

    A 45 minute HT using a chair, light weights, a glider, and a loop band. This is a total burner on your glutes and triceps in a good old fashion HT.

    This 60 minute HT is a heavy focus on the core. We will weave in additional body parts but the overall focus will always come back to core. Grab a ball (optional pillow), loop band, and light weights.

    55 minutes of High+Tight using a loop band, gliders, ankle weights (for arms) or light weights, and 1 heavy dumbbell. You will start standing with your heels on light weights and end down on the mat for some glute work. This is a pregnancy friendly HT with no planking.
