Using lighter weights & bands, we pulse, pause and isolate every move with the intent of increasing “Time Under Tension.” Not only is this class made to cut and define, but it also works to prevent your body from injury, targeting your smaller harder to hit muscles. This will make your body shake, sweat & burn...but trust us, when it’s burning it’s working.

60 minutes of High+Tight + Clocked combo for the ultimate workout. This class is heavy on the HT and lighter on the Clocked. You need light weights, loop band, and optional gliders for 1 round.
