IN THE MIX™ is the perfect mix of CLOCKED and CONTROL. It falls in the Cardio and Strength components of The System. This class will melt fat, build lean muscle mass and improve your overall strength, endurance and power. Constantly lowering and raising your heart rate with contrast training, this class is an all-around asskicker and fan favorite.

In The Mix Darcey 7.8
Darcey will lead a full body ITM using 1 heavy set and 1 medium set of weights. The heavy weight is for full body explosive movements and the medium is for back + triceps + cardio.

The focus of today's ITM is chest + back. Don't worry, we won't leave out legs and cardio. Class starts with all 40 sec rounds alternating between strength and cardio. Your first challenge will be for your chest + core.
