    This 20 minute challenge mixes together cardio and strength using nothing but your body weight. The perfect quick hit workout!

  • Toner Time

    This no equipment leg challenge is perfect for those who are traveling. This toning focused challenge will leave you burning with no equipment. There are NO breaks in this challenge and A LOT of pulses.

  • Gobble, Gobble... Squat.

    Legs + Back. 3, 60 second rounds immedaitely followed by 10 push-ups. Matt will challenge you with a goblet hold to fire up your entire upper body.

  • My Legs Are Going To Explode

    A leg dominant strength and cardio challenge. You will need heavy weights for the lower body strength rounds and you will move right into explosive cardio. Deadly combo.

  • Legs Be Limp

    Your butt has nowhere to run in this workout. With nothing but your body weight, you'll be lunging, curtsey pulsing, squat walking, and burning in the first 5 minutes. It will burn, but more importantly, it will work.

    A 20 min Leg Challenge that targets the glutes and hips using the loop band. This one will leave your legs shaking.

  • All's Fair In Legs And Obliques

    Led by lead trainer, Matt Wion, this 20-minute challenge will target your legs and obliques using weights.

  • Mean... Just Mean

    This 20 minute challenge will crush 10 minutes on your right leg and 10 minutes on your left leg. Both legs will thank you by the time the video is over. Challenge yourself with heavy weights.

  • Tri To Stop Your Inner Thighs

    Lindsey will walk you through a 30 minute inner thigh and tricep challenge using the long band. You can use light weights in place of the long band.
