  • BFFs 4 EVA

    Biceps and Triceps using medium to light weights. You will crush your biceps with longer rounds and weave in tricep burn out ronds.

  • Glory Muscles

    Biceps, Triceps, Back, Chest, and Core. What's better? OH yeah, working out with The People's Champ. 20 minutes with medium and heavy weights.

  • Flap Your Wings

    This is all about the biceps and triceps. You will start with 1 bicep move and continue to add more bicep rounds as you progress. In between each bicep round will be a tricep push-up weave.

  • Bi's and Tri's

    This challenge will focus on biceps and triceps. You will finish each set off with a tricep or bicep burnout.

  • All You Ever Wanted.

    This tricep and cardio challenge will have you breathing heavy while your arms are shaking. A nice and quick smack down with Gretchen.

  • Watch Me Flex

    Biceps are the focus with a sprinkle of obliques for a "break". You will be isometrically holding the opposite arm so your arms never truly get a break.

  • Shoulder Openers

    This flow will focus on strengthening, lengthening and opening your shoulders.

  • Death By Delts

    This small piece of equipment packs a big punch and will have your arms begging for mercy. This is the perfect vacation workout because all you need is a loop band!

  • Look Back At It

    Light weights will light your triceps and back on fire with this intense 20 minute challenge. One of Darcey's favorite series for a reason.... find out why.

  • My Arms May Fall Off (Shoulders +Biceps)

    This 20 minute challenge will target and burn out your shoulders and biceps.

  • Back With The Boss

    You will use light weights or no equipment to one your back. This is a great compliment to the heavy lifting you may do in the other classes for your back. It is shocking how challenging laying on the mat can be.

  • Hit Me With Your Best Shot

    Arm Cardio. You will be breathing heavy from the cardio and shaking from the arm work. We don't waste anytime getting to work. Darcey demonstrates with light weights but if you don't have them you could complete without.

  • Double Trouble Cardio Arms

    This is the cardio arm challenge you have been waiting for. You will start with 30 sec rounds blending together cardio, core, and arms and come back around to combine them together.

  • Stretchy Arms

    This upper body stretch will leave your shoulders and chest feeling relaxed while reviewing spine integrity. Stretching is an important piece of your System, so make sure it is not neglected.

  • My Feet Don't Leave The Ground

    30 rounds of triceps, shoulders and cardio. The cardio rounds are lower impact and you can use 1 light set of weights. No heavies needed.

  • Gobble, Gobble... Squat.

    Legs + Back. 3, 60 second rounds immedaitely followed by 10 push-ups. Matt will challenge you with a goblet hold to fire up your entire upper body.

  • Walk The Plank

    This challenge will be upper body focused with plank walk outs and walk out push-ups. You will need heavy/medium weights and an optional loop band. The movement will get your heart rate up slightly while still staying strength based.

  • Summer Time Pump

    Join Matt as he crushes your biceps and triceps with medium to light weights. This challenge will focus on finding the burn and staying there for 20 minutes.

  • The ABC's (Arms, Back, Core)

    Gretchen will walk you through an upper body crusher. It is 20 minutes of non stop effort. Make sure you have medium to heavy weights.

  • I'm Sold On The Static Hold

    This 20 minute challenge is all about the arms! The focus will be on the biceps and triceps. Get ready to burn with the static hold throughout the video. Grab a set of medium/light weights.

  • Straight Flex Zone

    Kim will crush 2 of our favorite body parts, obliques and triceps! She will use heavy and light weights so you can not only build but tone and sculpt.

  • Feelin' Saucy

    This tricep and cardio challenge will leave your arms shaking and heart pumping. You will need light and medium weights. You can use table or chair in place of the plyo box.

  • 2 For The Price of 1

    You will begin with biceps and work your way into plank variations and top it off with triceps. The rounds are short so challenge yourself to NO BREAKS!

  • Chest Bump

    This is a challenge for your chest with heavy weights. You will be sore to the touch tomorrow. If you don't have a plyo box, no worries. You can rest on a chair or complete on the mat.
