    A 60 min Course class at home. The Course is a station based class using a variety of equipment. You will need 2 towels, a pillow, and a medium set of weights.

    45 minutes of full body strength with Matt using medium and heavy weights.

  • Matt Will Make Ya Move

    This total body strength and cardio challenge utilizes a variety of weights. You will work through 15 rounds of constant work weaving cardio and strength.

  • Thank You, May I Have Another? (Full Body Strength)

    This challenge will target your entire body with 7 lower body moves and 7 upper body moves. One of the most efficient challenges for those that are short on time.

  • Put Your Hands Up

    You will need medium and heavy weights for this legs, shoulders, biceps challenge. Catch and presses, squat thrusters, and shoulder presses. All Gretchen's favorites!

  • Ready For Take Off

    EXPLOSIVE STRENGTH paired with CORE. Need we say more? You will only need one heavy weight.

  • Functional Fitness

    Gabe will guide you through several functional strength movement patterns. Think, hang cleans, snatches, split swings, and push presses. You will need a medium and heavy set of dumbbells for full body work.

  • Weighted Power Flow

    Ashley will use light weights to guide you through an intense yoga flow. The use of weights will tone and tighten your muscles and the fast flow will keep your heart rate up.

  • Are Your Arms Shaking Or Are You Just Happy To See Me?

    This total upper body challenge will target your entire upper body, obliques includes. Enjoy the weave rounds!

  • Make 'Em Burn (Butt+Tris+Obliques)

    This 20 minute challenge will use both the long band and loop band to target your legs, triceps and obliques. A powerhouse combo for your body to make the most of your workout.

  • Tears Will Fall Challenge

    This full body strength and resistance band challenge will be sure to leave you sore. Darcey puts you and Matt through the ringer!

  • Are You Sure This Isn't Cardio?

    200 Kettlebell swings in 20 minutes. This is a strength based challenge that will involve all breathless movements to keep your heart rate up.

  • Hot Summer Kim

    Core + Explosive Strength! What more could you ask for? Kim will weave you back and forth from both using 1-2 heavy weights.
