HIGH+TIGHT™ The Muscle Definer. H+T falls into the Strength component of The System. Using lighter weights & bands, we pulse, pause and isolate every move with the intent of increasing “Time Under Tension.” Not only is this class made to cut and define, but it also works to prevent your body from injury, targeting your smaller harder to hit muscles. This will make your body shake, sweat & burn...but trust us, when it’s burning it’s working.

A Hight+Tight quickie focusing on obliques, glutes, and triceps. Option to use a light loop band, light weights, ball, and long band. You can omit the ball as you only use it briefly. The set up for today's class is 15 mins on 1 side and repeating the other right away for a quick burn.

Call It A Mash Up
This High+Tight and Clocked combo is the perfect mix of both. The cardio rounds are no longer than 30 seconds and the HT rounds focus on all core. This one left Darcey's core sore for days following. Grab a set of light weights and a ball. If you do not have a ball you can use a pillow.
