Chest Bump
This is a challenge for your chest with heavy weights. You will be sore to the touch tomorrow. If you don't have a plyo box, no worries. You can rest on a chair or complete on the mat.

Summer Time Pump
Join Matt as he crushes your biceps and triceps with medium to light weights. This challenge will focus on finding the burn and staying there for 20 minutes.

Power Play
Enjoy this all out cardio challenge with no equipment needed. Trummer hopes you enjoy the weave rounds, he did!

Legs Be Trummmblin'
Each round with be 60 secs long followed by a 20 sec pulse. You will work both legs together than finish by attacking the right leg only and the left leg only for 5 rounds each.

We Fly High (Cardio)
You will get to work right away in this challenge! Each block is made up of 3, 45 sec cardio rounds and a 90 sec endurance round. Don't miss the end for all out sprints!

Leg Lovin'
This challenge will target your legs so make sure you push yourself towards heavy weights. The workout is set up as a 60 second round followed by a 20 sec hold and a 20 sec pulse.

Bi's and Tri's
This challenge will focus on biceps and triceps. You will finish each set off with a tricep or bicep burnout.
