  • Crazy For The Core

    20 minutes of non stop core with no breaks. You can use a light set of weights if you have them but no equipment is needed.

  • Make Ya Say OH

    This EMOM workout will require 20 minutes of HUSTLE targeting your core and weaving in cardio. No loop band? This workout can be done with no equipment.
    30 Air Squats
    20 Hand Release Push-ups
    75-100 Bicycle Crunches
    15-25 Burpees
    Repeat 5x

  • The ABC's (Arms, Back, Core)

    Gretchen will walk you through an upper body crusher. It is 20 minutes of non stop effort. Make sure you have medium to heavy weights.

  • Classic Core

    With the help of an optional loop band, this challenge will guide you through core dominated exercises. The perfect add on to a cardio or heavy strength day.

  • Oh, Oh, Oh, Obliques

    The focus of this challenge will be on the obliques using 1 heavy weight. This workout is guaranteed to make you sore the next day.

  • Pec-tacular

    Chest flys, chest presses, and push ups... oh my! Kim will give you a "break" while doing quick core challenges.

  • Lower Ab Lockdown

    This 20 minute challenge will leave your entire core (especially your lower abs) feeling worked while hitting your entire body all with just a loop band. Don't think twice about pressing play!

  • All's Fair In Legs And Obliques

    Led by lead trainer, Matt Wion, this 20-minute challenge will target your legs and obliques using weights.

  • Chiseled Sides

    A 20 min Core Challenge designed to shred your obliques with only weights. Who doesn't love when it hurts to laugh?

  • Killa Kim

    Chest +Core. This challenge alternates between chest (chest flys and presses) and core moves for all 20 minutes.

  • We Found Abs in a Cardio Place

    We will bounce back and forth from cardio into obliques for a quick 20 minute workout. The rounds are shorter so make sure you go hard on the cardio and hop right into the strength. Matt was sore for a week.

  • Oblique Power Flow

    This power flow challenge will target your obliques to not only stretch them but to work them! Get ready for a challenging power flow to leave you feeling lengthened and strengthened.

  • Cardio + Core

    Steph will lead you through a 20 minute cardio challenge with core focused moves. No equipment needed.
