IN THE MIX™ is the perfect mix of CLOCKED and CONTROL. It falls in the Cardio and Strength components of The System. This class will melt fat, build lean muscle mass and improve your overall strength, endurance and power. Constantly lowering and raising your heart rate with contrast training, this class is an all-around asskicker and fan favorite.

    Welcome Nicole with her first full length class focusing on legs, back, and shoulders. Grab a variety of weights, a loop band, and optional plyo for the inital burpee rounds. Don't let all the front half cardio (burpees) scare you; You got this!
