  • I'm Sold On The Static Hold

    This 20 minute challenge is all about the arms! The focus will be on the biceps and triceps. Get ready to burn with the static hold throughout the video. Grab a set of medium/light weights.

  • Wobble, Wobble.

    This lower body strength class with focus on full reps, pulses, and holds. You can do this with weight or challenge yourself with body weight only.

  • Hot Summer Kim

    Core + Explosive Strength! What more could you ask for? Kim will weave you back and forth from both using 1-2 heavy weights.

  • Banded Together

    If you have a loop band, grab it for this lower body challenge. It will intensify the workout but not needed if you don't have one. You will work through both legs then isolate each leg for a burner.

  • Double B

    You will target your glutes while weaving in chest presses and chest fly's. You will need a chest press weight and an optional loop band.

  • Mean... Just Mean

    This 20 minute challenge will crush 10 minutes on your right leg and 10 minutes on your left leg. Both legs will thank you by the time the video is over. Challenge yourself with heavy weights.

  • Two Stepping Cardio

    A fast paced, no equipment cardio challenge that will start with your heart rate up and keep in there.

  • Pec-tacular

    Chest flys, chest presses, and push ups... oh my! Kim will give you a "break" while doing quick core challenges.

  • Baby Got Back

    You need a heavy set of weights and a loop band for this lower body challenge.

  • Shoulder Showdown

    This 20 minute challenge will leave your shoulders feeling cashed. We don't think you will be able to lift your arms at the end of this challenge.

  • Straight Flex Zone

    Kim will crush 2 of our favorite body parts, obliques and triceps! She will use heavy and light weights so you can not only build but tone and sculpt.
