  • Burpee Free Cardio

    This is a 30 minute cardio session that does NOT include burpees. Don't let that fool you, it will still be a great sweat using no equipment or light weights.

  • A Little Bit Of This, A Little Bit of That

    This 60 minute workout will get your heart rate pumping with 45 mins of cardio followed by an intense 15 mins of core. The perfect way to start or end your day.

  • The Course 2

    A 60 min Course class at home. The Course is a station based class using a variety of equipment. You will need 2 towels, a pillow, and a medium set of weights.

  • Burpee Burnout

    Darcey will crush you with a 30 min burpee burnout challenge using no equipment. No rep based rounds, all different burpee variations. Class starts with every 4th round being a burpee, moving to every 3, every 2, and finishing with 10, 20 second burpee rounds. LET'S GO!

    This will be a 30 min at home "The Course" using 2 towels, 1 heavy dumbbell, and a wall. Make sure you have all the equipment ready so you can get started right at 6:45am ET with Matt.

  • Clocked n' Flow

    30 mins of Clocked followed by 30 mins of Ebb + Flo using no equipment. Clocked is all 30 sec rounds with rep based weaves. Ebb+Flo is a power flow with hip openers to allow your heart rate to come down.

  • Like A Punch To The Gut

    Take this class for "Stack Week" and pair it with "Jump On It Triceps" for a total burners. 30 mins of no equipment cardio followed by 20 mins of upper body strength.

  • Can't Weigh Me Down

    All rounds are 40 secs long with your choice of rep rounds in between every 2. 1 round with light weights and 1 round without. Non stop cardio for all 20 minutes.

  • 500 Rep Strength + 500 Rep Cardio

    1,000 strength and cardio reps. You will need a medium and heavy set of dumbbells.

    LETS GO! 600 rep cardio challenge with Matt. No equipment needed. This is a 25 minute cardio challenge.

  • Tie Me Up

    20 minutes of cardio + core with Gretchen using a towel and a loop band. If you don't have a loop band, you can still complete the workout.

  • Double Trouble Cardio Arms

    This is the cardio arm challenge you have been waiting for. You will start with 30 sec rounds blending together cardio, core, and arms and come back around to combine them together.

  • Are You Sure This Isn't Cardio?

    200 Kettlebell swings in 20 minutes. This is a strength based challenge that will involve all breathless movements to keep your heart rate up.

  • You Complete Me Cardio

    This unique format will keep you mentally engaged and breathless. We will work through 10 reps with a 60 second round, followed by 8 reps and a 60 second round, etc. 20 minutes is all you need for this one!

  • Core-dio

    This core (abdominal + obliques) and cardio workout is the perfect quick hit. You will get the best of strength mixed with quick cardio rounds.

  • Low Impact Cardio Love
