This class will melt fat, build lean muscle mass and improve your overall strength, endurance and power. Constantly lowering and raising your heart rate with contrast training, this class is an all-around asskicker and fan favorite.

An ITM focusing on legs and triceps. This class will be made up of 5 mini blocks a combination of longer timed rounds, shorter timed rounds, and rep rounds.
