IN THE MIX™ is the perfect mix of CLOCKED and CONTROL. It falls in the Cardio and Strength components of The System. This class will melt fat, build lean muscle mass and improve your overall strength, endurance and power. Constantly lowering and raising your heart rate with contrast training, this class is an all-around asskicker and fan favorite.

  • In The Mix Kelsey 4.41

    A 60 minute In The Mix targeting the CORE. You will need light weights, medium weights, and 1 heavy. This class will be 60% strength and 40% cardio. We use unilateral moves, core & oblique moves and full body dynamic strength to burn out obliques and core.
