Core + Glute Crossover
A 40 minute glute + core workout inspired by High+Tight moves. Grab something to glide on, long band (can be subbed out for weights), and yoga blocks (stack of books, low chair/step).

Half Right, Half Left
20 minutes of lower body using 1 heavy dumbbell and something to place your foot on. This workout will be divided with 10 minutes on the right leg and 10 minutes on the left leg.

Glute MEDicine Pt. 2
30 minutes focused on the glute med using a loop band. Use this as a workout or as part of your weekly routine to strengthen an often "forgotten" about muscle. There will be shaking, maybe tears, but you are right where you should be.

Lower Body Banded
A 20 minute banded ass crusher. Light weights are optional to turn it up a notch. The perfect standalone quick hit workout or to pair with another lower body challenge when you are feeling just a little more work.

Let's Band Together
A Glutes + Cardio challenge that was inspired by travel and for those short but need a (literal) butt kicking. The perfect 30 minute combo to get the job done with nothing but a band and all 30 second rounds.

Tight On The Lower
A 30 minute lower body challenge utilizing High+Tight movements with lighter weights (optional ankle weights). This is part of a 2 part series, 1 for the lower body, and 1 for the upper, "High On The Upper". If you have time, take both for a full 60 minutes!

A 30 minute cardio + strength workout. This is part of a 2 part series called "Home Base". This is the lower body class. If you have time, hit Home Base 2 for the upper body stack. Grab your heavy weights. This could be done with just body weight if you are traveling.
