  • Hips And Hammies Flow

    Open up new space and clear out the cobwebs in the hips and hamstrings (and a sprinkle of side body work). You’ll see a few push ups and down dogs — but otherwise this is a “vinyasa” (Sun A) free class to give the wrists a break and focus on all things below the belt.
